    Location: Damansara Height (10 minutes driving distance to TTDI / Damansara Utama / Mont Kiara, quick access to other KL and Selangor regions)

    Job Scopes:
    - Work with Marketing Manager on Annual Marketing Plan that demonstrate tangible and measurable attainment of sales goals.
    - Provides analyses of Marketing & Sales Promotions to evaluate achievement of sales targets.
    - Manage franchise partner’s performance in driving attainment of sales goals and operational & marketing activities.
    - Carrying out Area Management Meetings to keep franchisees updated with the latest updates from HQ so that the franchisees are aligned with company’s direction.
    - Responsible for registration, execute and monitor MOE application and related issues of flagship centres.
    - Leading the team members to provide best support, deliver / achieved desired sales / retention result and achieve excellent service standard in all time.
    - Attending on centres issue, request and assisting team member on escalation and follow up on centre issues.
    - Manage resource forecast, planning, monitoring, motivating, coaching, reviewing centres performance by daily and enforcing policies / procedure.
    - Monthly Review centre’s performance based on the total number of students, student’s retention rate, student’s dropout rate and etc. in order to ensure that the quality of each individual centres are being maintained.
    - Plan and manages the annual budget for franchise operation department. Subsequently monitor and manages financial regularly to meets budget targets.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    - Well-versed in Malay, English & Mandarin
    - Degree holder with minimum 5 years of working experience in franchising operation (preferable)
    - Aged from 30 to 45
