  • Job Description

    - Report to Product Department Manager
    - Research and testing of material, components, end products to improve product quality
    - Reverse engineering - research and testing of competitors' products for technology transfer to improve product quality
    - Develop and maintain BOM
    - Evaluate and execute innovative solution for product quality and process improvement
    - Carry out any other duties as directed by the company for the purpose to improve production efficiency and product quality

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Language : English, candidate with Japanese skill has high priority (to communicate with R&D hub in Japan)
    - Education Background : Degree or diploma in mechanical or manufacturing engineering or equivalent
    - Skill :
    > Candidate who possess knowledge in HEAT TREATMENT has priority
    > Candidate who possess knowledge in CARBURIZING has priority
    > Candidate who possess knowledge in METAL STAMPING is good
    - Experience :
    > Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
    > 3 years related working experience, preferable in heat treatment or metal stamping
    - Age : 25 ~ 35
    - Certification : N/A
    - Others :
    > Candidate must be willing to work in harsh and dusty environment
    > Candidate must be willing to work in Perai area
    > Candidate with passion towards motorbike is encouraged to apply
