• Job Description

  Company Introduction: A Japanese manufacturer of food packaging container, kitchen equipment, lacquer ware, crockery and others since 1997. Established in 2011 (Malaysia) and having 25 employees currently. Their main clients are supermarket, restaurants, food factories.
  Location:
  - Kajang, Selangor.
  -About 10 minutes driving distance to Kajang Town with convenience stores, restaurants, medical center and others.
  
  Job Scopes & Information related to the import / export activities:
  Mainly import ingredients or materials from Japan, Thailand and Singapore.
  Mainly export the manufactured goods to Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia and Singapore.
  - Liaise with freight forwarder, PIC from export/ import party (manufacturer).
  - Responsible for the related documentation (Import, Export, Customs) and other related tasks.
  - Dealing with related international or government parties for the goods trading activities.
  - Example: During exportation, provide and submit Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and Certificate of Origin(CO) as requested by the export destination country. Certificate of Origin is used to apply for tax exception (Form-D)
