  Company Introduction: A subsidiary group of a large Japanese automobile manufacturer, established in 2006. On the day 1st October 2016, they are proudly celebrating their company succession for 10 year in the industry. Responsible for the logistics activities, including shipment and transfer of the Automobile (Completed Car and other spare parts).
  
  Location: Kawasan Industri HICOM PEGOH (Malacca)
  -Possess own transportation will be better to reach the respective workplace.
  
  Job Scopes & Organizational Settings:
  This is a new company and planning to start operation by December 2017.
  Now hiring set up members, commencement day will be in Jun. At the beginning, there will be 2 Japanese, 1 HR and 1accounting member. They are planning to expand their group size up until 300 employees.
  Basically the job scopes is covering all the related HR & Admin matters.
  - Full set recruitment, Payroll, Training, Compensation, Benefit, Employee/ Labour relation.
  - Making strategy of Recruiting.
  - Government document matters.
