  Company Introduction: A Korean company which has grown significantly its involvement in power transmission and transformation project for the Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water. Since the trade subsidiary’s foundation in 1988, it has expanded its business realm to the trading of chemicals, steel, coal and electronic devices, as well as projects related to ship/CNG, bus/IT systems and resources.
  This position is a new position to take care the new division under this company.
  
  Location: Taman Mewah (Klang)
  
  Job Scopes:
  - Design, plan, implement and improve the accounting & financial policies and procedures.- To work closely with the Director (KOREAN) by formulating & implementing financial policies, analyzing business information, and giving advises based on findings.
  - Responsible to prepare accurate and timely management reports and financial statements, oversees financial functions such as taxation, cash flow management, budgeting, financial analysis, feasibility study for expansion.
  - Responsible to liaise with external auditors, tax consultants and government authority in relating to accounting issues.
  - Responsible to supervise, guide and coaching the accounts and finance personnel in their respective job functions and ensure the department operation is running smoothly.
  - Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with all reporting, accounting and audit requirements imposed by regulatory bodies.
  -Responsible for HR matter ,payroll, recruitment, policies and administration task.
  - Any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the management.
