• Job Description

  - responsible to provide pre-sales/post-sales consultation support for applications of company’s Semiconductor Test Systems to customers. The key responsibilities are: -
  - Provide application consultation for company’s SOC test systems to customers during various phases of the sales process including requirements analysis, feature demonstrations, benchmarks, competitive positioning, and implementation.
  - Work together with Technical Experts and R&D in providing and implementing the leading edge testing solutions to customers in the testing for their Digital/Mixed-Signal/RF SOC(System-on-Chip) devices.
  - Deliver the best test-cell solution which includes loadboard/probe card design, test program development and benchmark to customers.
  - May need to deliver customer training classes and specialized training for our customers’ engineers with South East Asia region.
  - May need to travel within and outside Malaysia, for critical projects or knowledge transfer for our customers.
  - Acting as the contact point for technical escalation as well as coordinating with local and overseas counterparts in resolving major issues.
