• Job Description

  Company Introduction: Japanese General Trading Company which began with Singapore branch in 2007 and now comes to Malaysia. Product coverage: Iron & Steel Products, Mineral & Metal Resources, Infrastructure Projects, Motor Vehicles, Marine & Aerospace materials, Chemicals, Energy, Foods & Retail, Consumer Services, Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunications, Financial Markets & Transportation Logistics. Currently having 130 employees (Malaysia- Chemical Division), 45,000 (estimated in worldwide).

  Job Responsibilities:
  * Perform and organize general administrative duties such as handling documentation and business coordination for chemical product trading & customer's enquiries.
  * Maintain up to date filling records, monitor receipt funds from customers, maintain proper accounting settlement to avoid over credit positions.
  * Coordinate on import/export/offshore shipping operation, transactions and L/C arrangement for chemical products & Logistic arrangements including vessel bookings, shipping instruction and cargo arrangement
  * Contract input and realization input for chemical business.
  * Liaison with suppliers/customers on shipping arrangement.
