  Company Introduction: A Japan largest paper producer, established in Malaysia at the year of 1990. Currently having factory in Korea, China, Vietnam, Taiwan and several Southeast Asia countries. Having own Innovation Promotion Centre to further improve their products and commit the promise in protecting environment. This job position is designed in the section which responsible for Baby Diapers Manufacturing.
  
  Location: Location: Kuala Langat (Selangor), need own transports to reach.
  
  Job Scopes:
  Shift Production Supervisor is responsible for organizing and coordinating the work of the shift team. Ensures that the committed output is consistently attained with the accepted quality standards at the optimum cost and within the target time.
  - Report directly to Production Manager.
  - Organize and coordinate the work of the shift team.
  - Conduct appraisal discussions with team members (performance review).
  - Maintain housekeeping according to set standards.
  - Understand and follow company safety policies and procedures, enforce safe behavior and identify unsafe condition.
  - Complete all required documentation and data files during production.
  - Check and monitor machines on daily basis & report any abnormal incident happens/ following actions.
  - Responsible for plant daily operation and coordinate job given by superior during day / night shift.
  - To verify production and maintenance data captured by operators on a daily basis.
  - Lead Shift Meeting and participate in Daily Operation Meeting.
  - Replenish and prepare raw materials for the machine according to standard operating procedures.
  - To identify and solve minor problems related to production.
  - Ensure quality and quantity of the product are achieved.
  - Ensure that the team is properly staffed.
