  - Report to Production Engineering Manager (Mr Tham) and Senior Manager (Mr KS Goh) in Singapore
  
  Test program owner that governs System Level Testing, developing and optimizing test program on test solution, supporting production bring up, issue debugging and continuous improvement for product indices
  
  - System Level Test owner. Develops, optimizes and releases program for high volume production
  - Post production product variants bring up
  - Identify test time reduction, yield improvement and quality improvement opportunities and drive innovation on test strategy
  - Drives for Test KPIs improvement (Test Yield, Test Time and FTRd) across products
  - Conducts engineering evaluations and analysis from test perspective on engineering enhancement or improvement projects
  - Provides overall Test Engineering supports for products tested at global facilities
  - Early engagement in pre and post silicon phases, involves with test coverage bring up, test flow integration and test hardware qualification
  - Working with regional teams, including Product development group and Manufacturing group in the early stage bring up for product cycles at the high volume sites
  - Represents test team on any test excursions and issue escalations to the respective owner to identify resolution or containment action for the issue
  - Interface between Company and OSAT for test program implementation and resolution for operation issues
  - Requires strong understanding of test program, good communication and capability to drive/deliver critical business milestones
