  Company Introduction: A japan Travel Agency, established in 1992. Currently having 55 employers in their company. HQ in Tokyo (Japan) and other offices globally: 20 branches over Europe, 9 branches in Asia and 1 in USA. They are dedicated to provide an even higher level of expertise and resourcefulness, support for safe travel, and wide range of quality travel options to their valued customers. This position is designed as the call-centre team which also serve their potential customers through phone call.
  
  Location & Accessibility:
  -Cyberjaya
  -DTS bus service with pick - up point in Bukit Jalil, KL Sentral, Ampang Point, Kelana Jaya, One Utama, Summit Subang, Shah Alam, Klang Parade, Bukit Tinggi, Seremban and Nilai.
  
  Job responsibilities:
  - To perform translation from English to Chinese on the hotel related information.
  - Entering large volume of data such as hotel contract rates, conditions and allotment into in-house application system.
  - Amend and/or close out room allocation as requested by Hotel.
  - Load special offers and contracts amendments.
  - Liaise with oversea entities and work closely with our network offices globally.
  - Maintaining the contracts database and relevant documents.
  - Investigate any contract discrepancy.
  - Support Sales with client mapping.
  - Report to Supervisor and Team Leader
