Within the Metals Unit, this company is specialised in the delivery of pipe products used in Oil and gas industry.

  Job Scopes:
  <Business Development - Regional Connection>
  - Continue to reinforce the company value to regional office as to collaboratively work together as one team in Asia.
  - Identify areas of growth, issues & other opportunities by country.
  - Responsible for all aspects of the Business Development either directly or through supervision of local organization.
  - Lead the Business Development Department on creation of New Business Opportunities.
  - Monitor the major business performance to business plan.
  
  <Sales Team Management>
  - Lead the team in finding and analysing business portfolio investment opportunities within Malaysia.
  - Effectively manage the resources of the team and maximize the returns of company thereby assist regional business units to expand OCTG, Conductor Business and Portfolio.
  - Review sales enquiries from all customers.
  - Set sales strategy for any new enquiry
  - Propose & Co- Ordinate specific promotional campaigns.
  - Actively promote company product and services.
  
  <Supervision related tasks>
  - Assist GM to develop base cost structure for all commercial transactions.
  - Approve purchase and sourcing plan
  - Meet local budget and project financial performance.
  - Adhere to business and quality policies, follow the established rules and regulations in activities and communications of parent company.
  - Work in tandem with Alliance team to develop and issue pricing to the customer in support of the spot requirements (pipe and service).
  - Work in tandem with company alliance team and company risk department to mitigate credit risks and monitor credit limits of customers.
