  Company Introduction: This company is a well-known and large group in Japan, established in 1973 with the group size of 5000 currently. They have multiple division of business direction such as Industrial Raw Materials, Raw Food, Restaurant, Polymer Engineering and Corporate Services. This position is designed under the division Polymer Engineering and Life Science technology. In another word to say, it is the manufacturing of medical devices and equipment by using plastics injection molding technique.
  
  Location:
  -Bangi, about 5 minutes driving distance to Bandar Baru Bangi (Convenience stores and restaurants are available).
  -Quick access to Lebuhraya Utara- Selatan.
  
  Job Responsibilities:
  There are 15 members in Project Matrix Team. As there are variety of projects on-going, therefore, this organization needas a team of engineers who are responsible to make connection between the projects.
  - Supervising Project Matrix Team for job assigned and attainment
  - Conduct investigation and process matrix challenges to arrive in good validations readiness
  - Review Design, Patent, project progress & current practice to total solution of project
  - Specify material, equipment and supplies required for implementation and completion of project
  - Plan, conduct and technically direct projects to complete Product Development and Launching Process (PDLP)
  - Analyze, evaluate and plan methods/approach to achieve solution for complex technical or process issue. E.g. DOE, FMEA
  - Evaluate vendor capabilities to provide products and services to support the project
  - Provide technical consultation to toolmaker/operations personnel during the project progression.
  - Complete documentations of project.
