  Company Introduction: Globally recognized MNC company as the leader in infrastructure and agriculture. Started with farming, then slowly transformed into steel piping and tubing OEM Manufacturing, Oil and Gas equipment and more. As their organization is expanding and connected with countries such as America, China, Europe and India, they need a professional to take part in the system upgrading project in order to liaising well with other regions for their internal information sharing.

  Job Scopes:
  This company size is not big but they have bought over other companies, including 3 manufacturing plants. System Engineer is responsible in handling their internal system to ensure the smooth operation of the system as well as handling IT projects from the subsidiary companies.
  * Managing network and systems monitoring solutions to provide proactive alerting and performance trending
  * Will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments
  * The incumbent performs or assists in the installation, upgrade, configuration and administration of VMware, Windows, Linux Systems.
  
  <IT project coordination>
  * Develop and maintain Information Technology operational processes and tasks.
  * Create required reports in response to business user needs.
  * Work with executive team members, decision makers, and stakeholders to define business requirements and systems goals, and to identify and resolve business systems issues
  * Collaborate with network staff to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
  * Design and perform server and security audits, system backup procedures, and other recovery processes in accordance with the company's disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
  * Performs risk assessments to develop response strategies
  * Conduct research on software and systems products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts.
  * Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of information technology projects.
