• Job Description

  Report to Production Manager
  - Coordinate suppliers and verify their quality standards to conform to the company’ requirements
  - Perform inspection and test activity on incoming materials
  - Perform regular supplier ISO and Quality system audit internally and externally to ensure compliance to requirement and quality system improvement
  - Visit supplier in Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand and also local suppliers in necessary occasion
  - Provide immediate feedback to head of department on faulty materials / parts during incoming materials QC inspection
  - Ensure regular checks on the quality tool reliability to minimize the risk of discrepancies
  - Develop and maintain quality control practices and procedures for the manufacturing process
  - Perform quality data analysis and reporting
  - Implementation of assurance program to ensure product quality meets the customer’s standard
