  Job Scope:
  - Processing customer POs using AS400 system.
  - Ensure on-time delivery by monitoring the stock quantity and also customer’s requested date.
  - Liaise with other departments such as production, logistics and others to guarantee the products manufactured to be delivered to customer’s doorsteps on time.
  - Observes customer’s forecast and prepares stock to meet customer’s future demands.
  - Handles customer’s complaints and take steps to meet customer’s demand.
  - Report to Japanese Sales manager.
