  <Job Summary>
  To direct and co-ordinate the activities of a business line total production function and product by maximizing output within the defined quality levels and forecast requirements at a minimum cost through the effective utilization of resources
  
  - Seciton : RF / DCB / C—MOS - PRODUCTION
  - Report to Senior Division Manager
  - Plan, co-ordinate and achieve the committed manufacturing and quality goal as committed
  - Supervise and oversee budgets, plans and programs to ensure the optimum utilization of available equipment, space and labour force to attain plant manufacturing objectives
  - Assure achievement of management and manufacturing objective through the proper selection, development, training and motivation of subordinates
  - Continuously plan to improve work environment, methods, effectiveness & resource utilization, and critically review and monitor operating results
  - Assure maintenance of product standards through effective administration of good manufacturing practices program, implementation and enforcement of the specifications, employee awareness, training programs and high level of housekeeping
  - Quality goals and objectives are monitored closely. Initiate necessary corrective and preventive actions real timely to achieve the desire target
  - To be responsible for implementing defect containment and defect prevention
  - To support and participate in the Environmental Management System, ISO 14001 and ISO / TS 16949 program
  - Other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the Company from time to time
  - Plan and make recommendation for headcount and resources requirement for the production areaj
