    - Report to Managing Director
    - Generate Budget Plan and execution
    - Oversee the department of Planner, Logistic and Shipping consist of 40 headcounts with 2 Shipping Manager and 2 Planning Manager
    - Manage and promote improvement based on QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery)
    - ISP (International Shipment) overall control for 6-month long term
    - Operation system with related department
    - Enhance ISP (International Shipment) control by utilizing system tool
    - Compile effective materials for monthly ISP (International Shipment), Business Plan

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Language : English
    - Education Background : Candidate must possess at leas Degree in any discipline
    - Experience : At 10 years of Planner background (Preferable possess both Planner and Shipping/Logistic background, but planner experience is more important - at least Senior Manager level)
    - Require skills : MS Office and must be familiar with SAP
    - Certificate : N/A
    - Gender : Open
