  • Job Description

    - Report to R&D Center Senior Manager (Mr Wong)
    - Take care of the Resin R&D division engineers and technician, assisting Manager in daily tasks
    - Responsible for the day ­to ­day execution, management and reporting of test solution development, including managing resources, costs, scope and meeting deadlines according to plan
    - Guide engineers and technicians in the development and execution of projects associated with test solution development
    - Coordinate with product development groups to scope test solution requirements, test team resources and manufacturing needs to deploy test solution in a timely and efficient manner
    - Support global manufacturing facilities (Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia) to improve process, manage test solutions and meet manufacturing goals
    - Travelling overseas (China, India) or outstation to client site, participate in the review of requirements and deliverable of test solutions in order to support engineers in the development of test strategy and plans
    - Define and implement improvements in test development process and test solutions deployed to manufacturing
