• Job Description

  - Report to IT Manager in Japan head office and General Affairs Manager in Penang office
  - Work closely with Japan HQ IT department in managing ERP system currently running in organization to ensure stability, reliability and efficiency
  - Provide value support to all users in new system changes, modification and study new requirements from user
  - Responsibility for all internal network systems, internet systems, server and security systems (CCTV)
  - Responsibility for ERP system currently running in organization to ensure it is stable,reliable and good performance
  - Provide value support to all users for new system changes, modification and new equipment study
  - Responsibility for all the network systems and Internet Systems running in Organization to ensure it is always in reliable and running smoothly
  - Provide full support and maintain all the utilities
  - To manage all the computing resources or hardware in managed method
  - To implement, support and suggest for all the telephony systems and facsimile systems running in the organization to ensure it is running in cost effective and efficient manner
  - To deploy, suggest IT solution such new network equipment and new procedures to streamline all the IT activities in organization to ensure it is improve work efficiency and work performance
  - To in charge of all IT purchases such as hardware and software and implementation for user Requirement and efficiency
  - To maintain and keep for all the software licenses in Organization
  - To charge for IT projects for initial study. preparation and implementation
  - To prepare for back up procedure to ensure the data are fully protected and can be fully recovered from disasters
  - To prepare reports requested by Management regarding system stock level, customized report and miscellaneous job
  - Any other job requested by superiors
  - To maintain 5's at working area
