  • Job Description

    1. To promote, sell to over achieve sales target and conduct customer after sales service. (Routine)
    a. Making calls and/ or contact point with potential customer. (Routine)
    b. Source for potential customers and maintain record for reporting. (Routine)
    c. Prompt attendance/ attention to phone-in/ walk-in customers at showroom and/ or during outdoor promotions. (Routine)
    d. Regular feedback to superior on sales challenges and recommended solutions. (Routine)
    e. Follow through with customers on after sales service. (Routine)

    2. To housekeep display area and products for the comfort of customers. (Routine)
    a. Stocks rotation to highlight selected product/ models. (Routine)
    b. Recommend and ensure timely replenishment of stocks. (Routine)
    c. Recommend competitive pricings of obsolete and current models. (Routine)
    d. Update promotional materials in showroom and music school. (Routine)
    e. To ensure all display stock are in working condition. (Routine)
    f. Daily maintenance of the showroom or display area. (Routine)
    g. Ensure all POP materials and price tags are properly placed. (Routine)
    h. Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of display are and products. (Routine)
    i. Ensure utilities eg lights are in working condition, to be replaced when necessary. (Routine)
    j. Responsible for accuracy of stock in the branch. (Routine)

    3. To upskill product knowledge and feedback on competitions’ products
    a. Actively participate in sales and product workshop and training. (adhoc)
    b. Feedback and report to superior on market situation. (adhoc)
    c. Update and share with the sales team on competitors new technology. (adhoc)
    d. Frequent product’ info sharing. (monthly)

    4. To plan and organise sales activities. (Routine)
    a. Proactive to plan, organise and lead team on sales and school activities to generate sales potential and closing of sales. (Routine)
    b. Support and participate in retail and company’s events and activities and event (Routine)
    c. Stand-in for adhoc replacement duty. (Routine)

    5. To support Music School Operation (Routine)
    a. Stand-in for school operation. (Routine)
    b. Participate in school activities and events. (Routine)
    c. Promote students intake and enrolment. (Routine)

    Critical Success Factor (CSF):
    a. Close follow through on music students and parents.
    b. Conduct Product Demonstration.
    c. Making cold calls and attend to walk-in customers.
    d. Self-Motivated and passionate to sell
    e. Sales & customers oriented
    f. Proactive in supporting customers and providing services to potential and existing customers.
    g. Work with minimum supervision.
    h. Timely and accurate submission monthly claims and reports.
    i. Update and upgrade product knowledge through market survey, product seminar, self-learning/ reading, etc.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Language: English and Malay
    Education: Minimum SPM with pass in Bahasa Malaysia and English
    Experience: Experience in Retail Sales
