Job Description
-Responsible in monitor and maintenance restaurant daily activities
-Perform audit checking for all the complete job task and outlet operation checklist
-Provide assist to subordinates for any reported issues
-Work as communicator between restaurant manager or Management and subordinates
-Work as role model participating in restaurant operations
-To ensure all procedures comply with the company standards and policies
Qualifications
Requirement
Language: English
Education Background: at least SPM level
Experience: 2 years’ experience in related field is required
Require skills:
- Own skills in culinary, food preparation, food costing, food safety & hygiene
- Management experience in F&B field
- A team player with leadership skills, independent and pleasant personality
- Able to work with flexible hours including weekends and public holidays, up to 54 hours per week
- Maturity to deal with all staff and customers in a professional way
