    * Preparation of Invoices
    * Pasting and Scanning Barcode for shipment
    * Send shipment advice to HQ
    * Preparation of Custom exemptions
    * Go to custom office to see custom officer to get approval for exemptions
    * Preparation courier service shipment
    * Preparation for KPWX (Bank Negara)
    * Finished good report and sale report
    * Monthly KPWX Report ( Bank Negara)
    * Direct Business Report ( Prepare weekly report)
    * ATS Report

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Language : Chinese, English, Malay and Hindi
    Education : Degree in any related field from recognized university
    Experience : Min 1 years experience
    Experience in Shipping activities
    Experience in Manufacturing sector especially in shipping
    Able to work minimum supervision and meets dealines
    A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    skills : Proficiency writing , speaking in Japanese language is added advantages
