  • Job Description

     Management of clients at the senior level
     Build strategic partnership with clients across categories and brand
     Develop best practice in client servicing and to run regular sessions with the management team to share knowledge and experience
     In charge of setting directions of strategy with in depth expert knowledge covering all communication area
     Overall schedule management by each project stage and report to team manager
     Effective crisis control and management
     Management of all agencies on the specific piece of business
     Strategic input and creative judgement valued by planning and creative alike
     Propose expanding current client’s marketing budget; identify continuously client’s needs and establish strategy alternatives accordingly with team manager, and create opportunity for business with proposing strategy ahead of request
     Develop new clients; investigate and share information for new client development, create opportunity for competition and lead the project
     Provide timely and consistent communication to related teams and the agency as a whole about project status
     Champion the work of account management internally and externally
     Develop strong relationships with all other cross functional teams
     Completing and gaining approval on annual hub business and resource plans and delivering a strategic plan
     Competent ownership of P&L and overall delivery on business group goals and objectives
     Provide clear direction, delegate responsibility and set performance expectations for others' behavior and approach to getting the job done
     Ensure that others understand how their activities affect performance objectives
     To make good use of staff, to strategically lead the project-related working including process and schedule management
     To provide appropriate alternative plans or solutions for major accounts agenda

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Language: English
    Education Background: Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Advertising/Communications
    Experience:
    • Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in managing campaigns in an integrated agency environment handling advertising/branding
    • Proven track record in growing accounts, winning new business/pitches
    • Strong project management skills and keen understanding of creative development process and budget control
    • Shows expert skills in writing and speaking such as public speaking and presentation in order to effectively provide the knowledge as well as increase the levels of understanding and acceptance among the audiences
    • Good business and financial acumen including evidence of revenue
    • Experience in consumer electronics/FMCG retail projects will be an added advantage

  • Benefit

    Meal allowances:
    - Mon - Fri (Weekday): RM30 per day
    - Sat, Sun & Public Holiday: RM50 per day (minimum 4 hours of working)

    Transportation allowances: RM200
