  • Job Description

    - Manage day to day client relationships, visiting clients where needed, shadowing Account Managers
    - Provide timely and consistent communication to clients and account team of the status of projects
    - Assist in various data research and analysis in aid developing brand/marketing communications strategy
    - Assist in preparing Ad brief through client’s accordance and data analysis
    - Maintain regular communications with cross functional teams and clients
    - See through vendors transparency management, bidding process and annual evaluation
    - See through vendors implementation and improvement for better services and understanding brand guidelines
    - Active participation in monthly team finance meetings
    - Carry out shared values faithfully
    - Share internal/external information, insight, knowledge, etc.
    - Accurately perform superior’s direction

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Language: English
    Education Background: Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Advertising/Communications/Digital Media/Marketing
    Experience:
    • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
    Ability to produce under pressure and management of timelines and production
    • Displays strong skills in developing robust brand strategy based on consumer insights and observations and aligning resources necessary to execute against it
    • Show through understanding of account servicing and project management tools and consistently applies them while managing projects
    • Understands tools and vehicles (e.g. advertising, fact sheets/brochures, catalog, direct mail/email) used in marketing communications development and message design, content , format, execution of strategy and evaluation of communication effectiveness
    • Applies knowledge of relevant applications and computer technologies to complete various tasks
    • Displays expert skills in writing and speaking such as public speaking and presentation in order to effectively provide the knowledge as well as increase the levels of understanding and acceptance among the audience

    Meal allowances:
    - Mon - Fri (Weekday): RM30 per day
    - Sat, Sun & Public Holiday: RM50 per day (minimum 4 hours of working)

    - One-way flight ticket for Malaysian passengers (Economy seats only)
