  • Job Description

    - Report to Finance & Administration Director : Mr. Yamada
    - Policy and Procedure – working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting managers to understand and implement policies and procedures as per management’s direction.
    - Assist Training & Development, Continuous Improvement, Financial Director in updating, clarification, compilation and filing of company policy including provide information on Labor Legislation to employees and management team.
    - Training – conduct Training Needs Analysis for the company and sourcing of capable trainers for such courses, developing HR planning strategies with line managers, which consider immediate and long term staff requirements in terms of numbers and skill levels; planning and sometimes delivering training, including inductions for new staff; analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
    - Recruitment –developing job descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates; in compliance to the company policies and approval levels.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Race: Malay, Chinese
    Language: English, Japanese (N3 level or equal)
    Education:
    - Diploma, Degree holder of any discipline
    Experience:
    - Candidate with some working experience in HR.
    - Candidate with working experience supporting manager level to cope with the disciplines
