  • Job Description

    - Report to Office Manager
    - Monitor a team of 6 ~ 7 of warehouse crews
    - Prepare and handle all shipping documents, inclusive of export packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin, LC, etc
    - Coordinate and arrange export shipments with freight forwarders, Sales and Production teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of shipment
    - Handling all in-coming and out-going warehouse issue
    - Monitor inventory

  • Requirement

    - Language : English, Malay
    - Education Background : Diploma/Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Commerce / Logistic / Transportation / Supply Chain / Maritime, other equivalent
    - Experience : 1 ~ 2 years of working experience in logistic operation and warehousing
    - Skill : Knowledge of MS Office and computer usage
    - Certification : N/A
    - Age : 25 ~ 35
