  Management expectation
  1.Monitor sales& delivery schedule to Customers, with regular visits & provide feedback to Management in timely mannner
  2.Meet up with customer regularly and monitor customer's buying trends to anticipate changes
  3.Provide feedback & support in generating any ad hoc reports from time to time on Sales Volume
  4.Provide agreed support & product training in support of OEM customer's initiatives
  5.Follow up with OEM customers on sales projection, collection of payments, future directions& volume
  6.Provide the same services of 1-5 above for customer's genuine oil & Factory Filled Division
  7.Provide feedback& support in information gathering for Logistics Inventory & Accounts Dept
