• Job Description

  - Report to Managing Director
  - To be the Head of Central OR Northern Region Operations based in KL and Penang, respectively, responsible for all its related activities
  - To serve both existing business accounts of Lab testing for Microbiology, Chemical, Food as well as Environmental monitoring
  - To lead the new business development activities especially in the areas of Pesticides/Agriculture, Medical Life Science and other emerging business opportunities of Acumen locally as well as the Asean region
  - To identify new opportunities for business expansion by market share expansion from the existing accounts
  - To be the Quality Management Representative/Test Facility Manager for the Company’s system of ISO 17025 and Good Laboratory Practice
  - To manage the sales team, review, evaluate, coach and feedback on their performance
  - To work closely with Finance/Account department in managing customer collection and aging
  - To maintain key customer details and update account information
  - To establish, execute and monitor sales budget for Central/Northern Region
  - To perform Sales variance analysis and take action for recovery plan
  - To develop sales strategy in line with organization overall business strategy
  - To manage Customer Service, attend to customer complain and maintain good relationship
  - To proactively initiate continuous cost improvement plan to ensure price competitiveness
  - To execute, negotiate and conclude Supplier Agreement and Contract review
  - Customer Survey Analysis to be conducted periodically as stipulated in SOP, translate into opportunity and take action for improvement
  - To scan the Competitive environment in terms of technology and price, feedback to management team
  - Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
  - Any other job assignments required by the superior from time to time
