  • Job Description

    - Maintains master data configuration ensuring master data sync between SuccessFactors and other systems
    - Oversees all activities related to HR data and workforce administration services including by supporting the Business in the transaction of mass data change activity
    - Uses HR procedures and guidance available to them to manage the processing of data changes, entry and workflow within technology solutions
    - Supports Employee Admin & MDM Lead in developing and implementing data management plan, including the approach to and execution of data archiving and record retention
    - Ensures compliance with data administration and security standards and oversees the verification of data against appropriate policies and compliance requirements
    - Delivers data management services to meet established targets through continuous evaluation, quality assurance and focussed improvement efforts
    - Identifies and communicates areas of improvement related to data management and processing
    - Ensures the confidentiality of personnel records in close coordination with HR Technology Lead and ensures that the appropriate security is in place for accessing HR data
    - Delivers the regular reconciliation of HR data
    - Monitors own performance against service standards to ensure that support and services are provided in line with established SLAs & KPIs
    - Ensures the collection, maintenance, accessibility and relevance of HR knowledge and content related to specialist area through Aurora channels in line with company standards. Works closely with relevant CoE to ensure specialist content hosted on knowledge management channels is line with strategy and works with Knowledge & Content Manager to upload as appropriate
    - Identifies opportunities to improve specialist services and processes and escalates appropriately
    - Develops and distributes communications regarding changes to specialist services, policies, processes or programmes
    - Coaches and provides feedback and training to upskill the Tier 1 population to more effectively answer Employee Admin related queries in line with the aim of Channel Strategy to resolve HR queries at lower tiers

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Language: English, Japanese
    Education Background: Certificate, Diploma in Japanese Language/Graduate in Japanese (JPLT: N1-N3), Bachelor Degree
    Experience: 2-3-years experience in:
    - Handles payroll, data management and HR
    Require skills:
    - Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
    - Experiences in Sucess Factor is an added advantage
    - Good organizational and interpersonal skills
    - Fluent in Japanese Language (reading, writing, speaking)
    - Fluent in English language (reading, writing, speaking)
    Others:
    - Attention to details and ability to produce accurate work
    - Experiences with Success Factor is an added advantage
    - Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and good analytical skills
    - Strong customer service mind set with good communication and excellent problem solving skills
    - Possesses high degree of professionalism, patient and grace in servicing clients
    - Resourceful, proactive, attentive to details and a good team player
