Job Scope & Organizational Structure
A start up construction company, currently have only 4 Japanese and 2 locals.
***Basically handling General Affair matters in the organization.
- Translation between Japanese and local staffs.
- Responsible for the supplement company needed equipment & materials to ensure the smooth operation of the team (eg: stationaries, sanitizing chemical substances.)
- Reservation hotel service, flight tickets.
- Process the application through Government organization (eg: Visa, submission of any documents).
- Other related ad-hoc tasks from time to time.

Requirements:
Language: English AND Japanese (More than N3; Well-versed in writing and reading)
Education Background: Degree or Diploma in any field
Experience: More than 3 years in-charging of admin / ad-hoc tasks
Age: 25 - 45
Gender: Open
