  • Job Description

    - Report to Production Manager
    - To develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements
    - To support manufacturing in the fast issuance of document whenever ECO cuts-in
    - To ensure product and process quality meet specifications by designing testing methods
    - To make available technical document such as Operation Manual before operation commencement
    - To analyze current machine efficiency and provide solutions to upgrade or improve its performance
    - To prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing the data for quality and yield improvement
    - To investigate production NC and provide disposition efficiently
    - To act as a window-person in dealing with Overseas support team
    - To provide engineering support and trouble-shooting during machine breakdowns
    - To keep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services
    - To supervise, lead and motivate Senior Technicians /Technicians and Clerk

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Language : English, Malay, Japanese skill is an advantage
    - Education Background : Degree in Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering or its equivalent
    - Experience :
    > 2 ~ 3 years experience of Process Engineering
    > Preferable candidate with working experience in Japan manufacturer
    - Require Skill : Possess good knowledge and skills in analysis and problem solving, FMEA, etc
    - Certificate : N/A
    - Age : 25 ~ 35
    - Others : N/A
