  • Job Description

    - Report to internal Lawyer
    - Work closely with internal lawyer and translate between Japanese client and lawyer
    - Drafting and preparation of company letters and service agreement with customers
    - Reviewing, checking and up-keeping of contracts & agreements from vendors and landlords, etc.
    - Participates in negotiating of contracts / agreements with customers
    - Liaising and consulting with solicitor for advice on legal matters
    - Work place, KL (Sometimes Tokyo or Singapore)
    - Support other general administration and operation jobs when required
    - Major clients are Japanese companies in Malaysia or Japanese companies considering entering Malaysia

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Language: English, Japanese
    Education Background: Degree in Law field
    Experience: Fresh fraduate is OK.
    Require skills: Understand the Legal on company establishment and company management
    Certificate: Attorney qualification
    Age: 22 - 50
    Gender: OPEN
