Job Description
- Maintain company financial records- Maintain and balance company automated system by inputting data, verifying data and etc.- Analyze information and options by developing spreadsheet reports, verifying information- Handle accounts payables and receivables- Maintain records of business costs, such as labor and material- Check invoices for inaccuracies- Correct errors by posting adjusting journal entries- Reconcile accounts with general ledger by gathering and balancing information- Handle general accounts queries- Contact clients about invoices that are past due- Report financial incidents, matters and statements to holding company- Provides financial status information by preparing special reports, completing special projects- Secures financial information by completing database backups, keeping information confidential- Maintain accounting controls by following policies and procedures, complying with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements, if any- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications- Perform any other duties as Management may require from time to time- Act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative supports and managing their queries- Managing office stock, preparing regular reports (expenses and office budgets if necessary) and organizing company records- Maintain office suppliers and placing orders- Organize filing system for important and confidential company documents- Answer queries by employers, employees and clients (if any)- Update company policies as needed- Maintain company calendar and schedule appointments- Distribute and store correspondence (eg letters, emails and packages)- Arrange travel and accommodation (if ask to do so)- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
