  • Job Description

    - Report to Global IT Knowledge Delevery Manager
    - Liaise Parties (Internal) : Internal employees across countries
    - Provide quality support for Corporate Knowledge Management tools, includes: supporting eLearning projects rollout in uLearn, Global eLearning System as well as uPerform server and client
    - Maintain existing and new training materials, supporting training experts/power users in successfully delivery of training programs, and sporadically create eLearning training
    - Manage and troubleshoot uLearn
    - Upload and test CBT courses
    - Enroll users, maintain enrollments (set to drop, delete,… etc)
    - Upload users
    - Create Category Structure
    - Create Surveys and Tests
    - Generate reports
    - Manage and troubleshoot uPerform server & client
    - General tool administration
    - Creation of courses, simulations and training materials
    - Publishing of training materials
    - SAP Online Help
    - Survey Tools
    - Glossary
    - Training Materials support and maintainence
    - Ensure training materials are created/modified according to Global IT training standards
    - Maintain training materials for SAP as well as other applications
    - Support GDC Training Experts/Power Users
    - in successfully delivery of training programs
    - in rolling out eLearning projects in uLearn and enrollment
    - in using other technical tools like Acapela, iSpring,… etc
    - Support SharePoint 2010 - in uploading/publishing documents
    - Create eLearning Training - Creation of eLearning training with eLearning authoring tool (i.e. Articulate Storyline) sporadically

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Language : Upper-intermediate English, other languages also desirable
    - Education Background : University Degree or equivalent
    - Experience :
    - Fresh graduate is consdirable
    - Preferable 1 year of working experience in an IT discipline, preferably in the areas of training application support and customer service
    - Experience on working with IT application's support/testing/troubleshooting is a plus
    - Skills : Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, in particularly Excel (Intermediate - Advance); basic HTML knowledge; SharePoint 2010 and training authoring tools (i.e. Articulate Storyline) are added advantages
    - Certification : N/A
    - Age : 25 ~ 35
    - Others :
    - Strong knowledge of training methods and tools, ability to apply them to related training program
    - Teaching / training / facilitation techniques
    - A team player
    - Analytical and detail-oriented, methodical in problem solving under time pressure
    - Knowledge of whole support process and services provided by all parties involved in IT support
    - Customer service skills and attitude
    - Good written communication skills and knowledge of active listening techniques
    - Ability to interact and communicate in A multicultural environment
    - Knowledge of IT policies and procedures
    - Good interpersonal skills, pro-active personnel
