• Job Description

  - Evaluate and execution of fleet preventive/predictive/corrective maintenance
  - Carry out fleet data analysis and propose management for better cost/km
  - Responding to breakdowns for analysis & diagnosing faults report and able to give an innovative solution to improve fleet availability rates and quality of output.
  - Organizing routine Allocating work to a team of fitters/electrician/mechanics/technician and supervise engineering aspect guide to technical staff/contractors
  - Creating maintenance procedures, schedule, conduct regular inspections for all the machines.
  - Provide technical advice on truck performance for contract/non contract vehicles with weekly/monthly report for entire fleet
  - Implement accident investigation process to help determine root cause of accident or damage and examine vehicles to determine extent of damage or malfunctions.
  - Review work orders and discuss work with supervisors, plan work procedures, using charts, technical manuals, and experience.
  - Monitor fleet’s brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings, and other important parts to ensure that they are in proper operating condition.
  - Bring to management’s attention for trucks with severe condition detected via daily or weekly routine work
  - Measure vehicle emissions to determine whether they are within acceptable limits.
  - Maintain arrange for r repair vehicles with alternative fuel systems, including biodiesel, hybrid, or compressed natural gas vehicles.
