• Job Description

  -To manage the team’s day to day activities and operations
  -Providing support to the front-end and back-end customer service spectrum
  -Highly customer-oriented and fast-paced, with the goal of increasing and maintaining productivity and team efficiency
  -Monitor and ensure service level agreement (SLA) is met
  -Liaise with vendors to ensure contract fulfilment is performed
  -Experience in managing a team of technicians working in the field
  -Staff discipline monitoring
  -Experience in monitoring staff performance with respect to service output
  -Ensure sufficient manpower for daily servicing calls and breakdown, monthly maintenance schedule
  -Working together with services coordinator to arrange daily schedules
  -Setting up KPI and SOP for technical department in order to provide good quality customer service
  -Staff technical skills enhancement via structured and continuous technical trainings arrangement
  -Ensuring all chargeable service jobs are invoiced promptly
  -Ensuring customers’ accounts are punctually collected
  -Knowledge in handing spare parts
  -Developing strong business relationship with customers
  -Other duties as assigned
  -Technical knowledge/background will be added advantage but not essential
  -Working experience in dealing with customers on after- sales- service will be important
  -Strong leadership, good organisational and communication skills
