Job Description
Prepare Area Monthly Performance Report to Director and Country Manager.
• Lead Supervise and manage LC support team to achieve company targets.
• Monitor Penang Branch office with bimonthly or quarterly travel and visit when it is necessary.
• Closely monitor and routine visits to centers to ensure the franchisees are in compliance with the policies and standards being set by the company.
• Analyse the centre and franchisee needs in order to boost the no. of sales increase in the centre.
• Work closely with the franchise recruitment team from time to time.
Qualifications
Requirement
Language: Chinese, Malay and English
Education Background: Master or Degree holder with minimum 5 years of working experience in the same position.
Experience: Candidates with education knowledge and industry.
with knowledge in education franchising or business development is preferred.
Posses strong business acumen and interest in education development.
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
able to work independently, under pressure and meet company monthly target.
Service oriented, out going and willing to take up challenges.
Mature, good at problem solving with strong sense of customer service.
