Job Description
• Create mold design with solid works / CAD / AutoCAD software that meets project scope and customer requirements.
• Ensure the assembly of mold tool matches the production requirement and confirm the specification of the molded parts.
• Follow up molding parts evaluation process and mold performance from mold specification check until mass production.
• Handle injection molding machine for injection parts trial.
• Support to develop new conceptual mold design for performance improvement and cost optimization.
• For instance, using family mold, cassette mold, hot runner technologies.
Qualifications
Requirement
Language: Malay and English
Education Background: Academic & Professional Qualifications
High School graduate and above
Diploma/Bachelor degree in die and mold engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in injection and manufacturing sector with sufficient knowledge as a die design engineer
Familiar with injection requirement for various kind of resin such as PC,
POM, ABS, PBT and etc.
Experience in die assembly and maintenance
Require skills: Excellent English communication skills
• Proficiency in Mandarin and Japanese language preferred
• Great interest in die designs and assembly
Certificate: N/A
Age: 28 - 35
Gender: doesn't matter
Others: Expected to travel (10%) of time overseas.
