  • Job Description

    - Tendering, Bidding & Contract works.
    - Well verse in Construction Specifications and Labour Law of Malaysia.
    - General QS functions for CSA –civil, structural & architectural works; such as costing and comparison, awarding of works, evaluation and process of subcontractor /supplier progress billing.
    - Prepare procurement schedule.
    - Prepare draft of project cash flow.
    - Submit Client progress billing.
    - Can work with a minimum supervision.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Language: English, Chinese, Malay (able to speak all 3 languages)
    Education:
    - Degree in Civil Engineering or any related course.
    - Graduate in reputable school.
    Experience:
    - min 3 years working experience in building construction industry (high rise and infrastructure is preferred)
    Certificates: NA
    Skills: NA
    Age: 30-40
    Gender: Open
    Others: Candidate who do frequent job hopping need not to apply.
