  • Job Description

    - Primary point of contact for Managed Services site support (Level-3) and Customer engaging relationship development and problem solving.
    - Effectively prioritize the task among the team based on service and customer impact
    - Provide solution consultancy services to meet client needs and ensure quality of practice meets contractual requirements, legal obligations and organisational policy and procedures.
    - Planning of ongoing support through team to ensure deliverable hand over efficiently to relevant support teams.
    - Manage operational budget activities for service(s) within area of responsibility.
    - Performance planning, Performance appraisals, Performance management, Roster management, Leave management, Time sheet approval.
    - Ensure all staff in area of responsibility are supported to maintain excellence in service delivery and have opportunities for professional development.
    - Delivery of training packages to staff o Transfer of learning to the workplace.
    - Provide an effective on-call response service, as appropriate, supplemented by appropriately qualified team members as required.
    - To perform project estimates e.g. project duration, time, human resources etc.
    - Implement relevant and meaningful processes to meet client expectations

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    * Language: English
    * Age: 30-38 years old
    * Education: Bachelor Degree in IT
    * Experience: Minimum of 8 years relevant working experience.
    * Certification: Prince 2 Project management to Practitioner level. Foundation ITIL would be an advantage
    - Effective management of others (project team members). Strong facilitation skills.
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, influencing and negotiation skills.
    - Capable of planning and strategic thinking.
    - Understanding of the complete IT delivery lifecycle from concept, through requirements, build, test, commission through to handover and eventual retirement.
    - Knowledge of both agile and waterfall techniques, portfolio management techniques.
    - Self-motivated and able to work calmly under pressure.
    - Diplomatic and a willingness to engage with others, and listen and adopt views and ideas from a wide-range of sources.
    - Able to quickly identify issues and flaws in product design/delivery and resource competencies so that they can be escalated to minimise impact on project.
