Location: Mont Kiara, a new developed landmark. Surrounded with famous shopping centre, convenience stores, high-class condominium and International company offices.

Job Responsibilities & Organizational Operation:
This publisher they have their own education license for the purpose to open a new school/ education center and they provide the education materials to the center. This position is designed as the coordinator of the school setting up operation and the materials given.
-<Classroom Management support>
- Managing teaching materials
- Manage with inquiries.
- Sourcing for new students.

<Operation related>
- Licensee classroom operation support
- Licensee monthly meeting operation and support.
- Handle and support new staff training.
- Collect franchise membership fees and manage the order of teaching materials.

Required Qualifications Requirements:
- Proficient in English

Job Scopes:
<Acquire new student intake>
- Plan & implement strategies to generate leads for the development of franchise business.
- Ensure leads are regularly generated and follow up promptly and affectively.
- Conduct interview and business orientation with potential candidates and follow up till franchise business contract is signed.
- Conduct and follow up with candidate on the location survey till the grand opening of the centres.
<Franchise opportunity marketing>
- Plan & implement marketing plans and activities to promote & strengthen awareness of franchise business opportunity.
- Liaise with HQ office in Korea and external stakeholders such as designer producing various POS materials to promote the Franchise business.
<New centre supporting >
- Support and advice on new centres renovation, training and centre grand opening matters.
- Oversee and support the new franchisee on centre operation and marketing activities.
- Build positive rapport with new franchisees.
<Other related tasks assigned >
- Liaise with franchisee and trade bodies such as ONS, MFA and other related bodies when need arises.
- Involve in company’s annual events such as Math Olympiad, staff workshop etc.
- Execute and monitor MOE application and related issues of flagship centre
- Involve in liaising with the company’s legal advisor on legal aspects of the franchise contract when need arises

- Work with Marketing Manager on Annual Marketing Plan that demonstrate tangible and measurable attainment of sales goals.
- Provides analyses of Marketing & Sales Promotions to evaluate achievement of sales targets.
- Manage franchise partner’s performance in driving attainment of sales goals and operational & marketing activities.
- Carrying out Area Management Meetings to keep franchisees updated with the latest updates from HQ so that the franchisees are aligned with company’s direction.
- Responsible for registration, execute and monitor MOE application and related issues of flagship centres.
- Leading the team members to provide best support, deliver / achieved desired sales / retention result and achieve excellent service standard in all time.
- Attending on centres issue, request and assisting team member on escalation and follow up on centre issues.
- Manage resource forecast, planning, monitoring, motivating, coaching, reviewing centres performance by daily and enforcing policies / procedure.
- Monthly Review centre’s performance based on the total number of students, student’s retention rate, student’s dropout rate and etc. in order to ensure that the quality of each individual centres are being maintained.
- Plan and manages the annual budget for franchise operation department. Subsequently monitor and manages financial regularly to meets budget targets.
Required Qualifications Requirements:
- Well-versed in Malay, English & Mandarin
- Degree holder with minimum 5 years of working experience in franchising operation (preferable)
- Aged from 30 to 45
