Job Description Company Introduction: A Japanese reading material and education publishers, established in 2012. The organization now having 5 employees and expanding. Their education materials are mainly targeting for pre-school until junior school pupils. Currently having 9 franchises school and planning to expand to 100 school within 5 years period of time. Location: Mont Kiara, a new developed landmark. Surrounded with famous shopping centre, convenience stores, high-class condominium and International company offices.

Job Responsibilities & Organizational Operation:
This publisher they have their own education license for the purpose to open a new school/ education center and they provide the education materials to the center. This position is designed as the coordinator of the school setting up operation and the materials given.
-<Classroom Management support>
- Managing teaching materials
- Manage with inquiries.
- Sourcing for new students.
- Members management.
<Operation related>
- Licensee classroom operation support
- Licensee monthly meeting operation and support.
- Handle and support new staff training.
- Collect franchise membership fees and manage the order of teaching materials.

Required Qualifications Requirements:

- Liaise with franchisee and trade bodies such as ONS, MFA and other related bodies when need arises.

- Responsible for registration, execute and monitor MOE application and related issues of flagship centres.
- Leading the team members to provide best support, deliver / achieved desired sales / retention result and achieve excellent service standard in all time.
- Attending on centres issue, request and assisting team member on escalation and follow up on centre issues.
- Manage resource forecast, planning, monitoring, motivating, coaching, reviewing centres performance by daily and enforcing policies / procedure.
- Monthly Review centre’s performance based on the total number of students, student’s retention rate, student’s dropout rate and etc. in order to ensure that the quality of each individual centres are being maintained.
- Plan and manages the annual budget for franchise operation department. Subsequently monitor and manages financial regularly to meets budget targets.
Required Qualifications Requirements:
- Well-versed in Malay, English & Mandarin
- Degree holder with minimum 5 years of working experience in franchising operation (preferable)
- Aged from 30 to 45
