  • 仕事内容

    • Promote and support the sales team in introducing new EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) business to existing clients.
    • Coordinate internal teams to promptly deliver RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and RFPs (Requests for Proposal).
    • Lead EMS contract negotiations and signing between clients and factories.
    • Oversee the entire customer project process from NPI (New Product Introduction) to MP (Mass Production).
    • Drive cost reduction in processing fees and raw materials at in-house factories, provide cost-saving targets for EMS clients, and coordinate internal execution.

  • 応募条件

    <Requirements>

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics & Communications, English, Marketing, or related fields.
    • Experience: Over 8 years of relevant work and management experience in EMS BPM.

    <Advantageous>

    • Skills: Familiar with the full process of electronics manufacturing; strong project management, communication, and coordination skills.
    • Language: Fluent in spoken English & Mandarin, able to use it as a working language.
