  >> Use the technical knowledge along with sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of products, for which a certain level of expertise is needed.
  ** Clients are usually technical staff from non-retail organizations, such as consultancy, public utility providers, local authorities and factories.
  
  1. Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions.
  2. Identifies current and future customer’s requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand their requirements
  3. Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
  4. Planning and organizing sales schedule.
  5. Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
  6. Prepares cost estimates by studying plans, and related specification.
  7. Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
  8. Calculate client quotations and administer client accounts.
  9. Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
  10. Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required.
  11. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing sales and project information.
  12. Keep customer records.
  13. Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects.
  14. Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs.
  15. Liaise with other members of the company and principle.
  16. Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
  17. Help clients solve problems with installed equipment.
