    -Ensure efficient production at the plant
    -Maintain timely delivery of products
    -meeting quality expectation in accordance to the standard
    -Continuous improvement on the process
    -Solve problems when issue arises

    Requirements:
    - Language : Chinese, Malay and English (Japanese is an advantage)
    - Education Background : MUST Degree in any Engineering
    - Experience : 10 years working experience (calculating from first Job). MUST have experience in production manager/assistant manager of Injection Molding field
