  - Responsible for for the overall manufacturing operations; encompassing production & material planning, machinery upkeep & maintenance, resources utilization etc.
  - To manage production activities and ensure timely production of goods in accordance with production schedules, ensure production volumes to meet high customer service level with high quality standard
  - Plan, direct and manage all production activities and to minimize downtime and disruptions to manufacturing schedules
  - Ensure optimum deployment of manpower, machinery & materials
  - Lead in the formulation of strategies to manage & control all operational systems to secure smooth, efficient, safe & superior plant operations
