  Company Profile: A large Japanese Manufacturer of Valve. Widely used in different industries, especially manufacturer and construction companies. Currently this company has established 4 different factory in Japan, Malaysia, Vietnam and China, having strong corporation with Korea, South Africa, Indonesia and Philippines as their exclusive distributor.
  
  Job Scopes:
  - To perform daily marketing activities and job flows right from sales enquiry, quotation, PO, S/O, D/O & or P/L, advice shipment, finished goods stock assembly report, Invoice, margin reports.
  - Update sales summary after issue invoice; update order plan as and when receive orders and sharing with marketing team.
  - Make online local sales declaration through custom system software.
  - Provide technical back-up and assistance to distributors and end users as and when requested.
  - Provide product quotations to distributors at all time.
  - Provide product information through products presentation softcopy to consultants, contractors, dealers and end users as and when required.
  - Develop new & potential markets in local market and oversea markets through web search.
  - Ensure all of marketing documentation works is in accordance with the company’s ISO 9001 requirement.
  - Share marketing information with Marketing team.
  - Follow up monthly sales orders plan from customers locally and oversea to achieve monthly sales target.
