Their core business is manufacturing machines related to Factory Automation, Semi-conductor and Office equipment. Specialized in Die Bonder, Die Sorter, Handler, Substrate processing, LCD, IC card and more equipment.
  
  Location: Persiaran Subang Hi-Tech (Need own transport to reach)
  
  Job Responsibilities:
  1. Main window for general communication with CMI office (HQ)
  >Purchase Orders Issuing
  >Quotation Inquiries
  >Feedback on order changes / specification change / replacement parts
  2. Parts Tracing function
  > Check the delivery reply from CMI & feedback our actual requirement
  > Decision to request for shipping instruction (express handling etc)
  > Follow-up on shipping documentation
  > Liaise with Trade & Warehouse Dept to trace shipping status
  3. Handling of rejects goods
  4. Documentation
  > Settlement of pending invoices due to documentation errors
  (missing orders, extra qty, price error etc)
  5. Do reports
  6. Internal meetings
