Explore overseas development opportunities and implement business strategies. 5. Strategic planning, leading the projects operations, managing and coordinating their compliance with legal, financial, marketing and sales requirements. 7. Plan and schedule CCC inspection and ensure authorities supporting letters are timely. 26. Plan and coordinate with other department on the preparation for vacant possession. 27. Appointment of services required during developers’ management period after vacant possession. 28. Manage post-completion defects rectification and upgrading works. 29. Resolve purchaser complaints.30. Ensure compliance with the Stata Management Act relating to building management during the developer’s management period, formation of JMB and MC, and collaborate and advise committee members.
