6. Participate and responsible for quality related item of process/product engineering change
that may impact product quality performance or involve customer approval / acknowledgement
7. Coordinate regular quality issue review & prepare quality performance summary report
8. Participate in regular quality, 5S and safety meeting.

Job scope:

- Now, there are 1 assistant manager, 1 Japanese, and 4 local members (about 30 y.o. Chinese).
- Since the team size is small, teamwork will be very important.
- Daily job flow will include but not limited to inventory check, handle clients mail, visit to clients, internal meeting.

• Serve as a sales consultant to actively educate, promote and secure sales from travel agents in Malaysia for the destinations that we represent. This would include regular visitations to the travel agents in Malaysia
• Ensure inquiries are forwarded to the overseas representatives within 24-hours of receiving the inquiries
• Ensure all inquiries from overseas representatives are received within a 48-hour time frame (Malaysian time) and sent out to the local travel agents within the agreed upon timeline
