    Summary
    The Sales Director will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for designing and executing the commercial strategy to scale the company’s market share in the Renewable Energy sector. This role focuses on high-level business development, multi-stakeholder management, and long-term revenue sustainability.

    Job Responsibilities
    • Strategic Growth: Develop and lead the national sales strategy, identifying emerging market trends and high-value opportunities in the C&I (Commercial & Industrial) and Utility sectors.
    • Corporate Governance: Oversee the entire sales department budget, ensuring cost effective lead generation and high ROI on marketing/sales spend.
    • High-Stakes Negotiation: Lead the closing of complex, multi-million ringgit contracts and manage relationships with "C-Suite" clients, government bodies, and financial partners.
    • Organizational Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing sales culture; defining KPIs that align with the company’s 3–5 year financial goals.
    • Internal Alignment: Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to ensure technical feasibility and project profitability before contract finalization.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Experience: Minimum 10 years in B2B Technical Sales or Business Development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership/Director-level role.
    - Background: Experience in Solar EPC, Power & Energy, Heavy Machinery, or Large-scale Construction.
    - Education: Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
